The Locksmith role is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, master key systems, and related hardware for commercial and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing lock and door issues, performing rekeying and key duplication, adjusting and repairing door closers and hardware, and ensuring systems meet security and accessibility requirements. The Locksmith will work on service calls, support preventative maintenance programs, assist with small millwork and hardware modifications, and collaborate with technicians and project managers to complete installations and repairs safely and efficiently. The role may involve travel to client locations within the region and participation in after-hours or emergency service rotation as needed.
