Job summary

Equinox Coral Gables is seeking energetic Male Locker Room Associates to maintain clean, organized male locker rooms and deliver exceptional member service. The role focuses on hygiene, towel management, storage areas, and assisting with events within a premium fitness environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced club setting. This on-site position offers opportunities to work closely with the Equinox brand in a community-driven gym.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
• Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Male locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the male locker room
• Assist with special events
• Notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention
