Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Female Housekeeping and Locker Room Associates for our Bloomfield Hills location. You will ensure the female locker rooms are clean, organized, and stocked, while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

This role supports events and coordinates with maintenance to keep facilities in top condition. We value high performance and teamwork, offering a supportive environment and access to club amenities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Female locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the locker room
• Assist with special events
• Notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention
