Job summary

Fiddler's Creek, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a seasonal Locker Room Attendant to support the private member locker room. The role involves shoe care, polishing, spike replacements, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced golf club environment.

This is a full-time seasonal position with duties dictated by the Head Golf Professional. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of golf club experience, strong service skills, and basic computer ability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years' experience at a private golf club.
• Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
• Able to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Handyman skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs all facets of shoe care, including cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of shoes.
• Performs spike replacement services for members and guests.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and locker room cleanliness and supplies.
• Handles duties related to a private member locker room, including shoe cleaning and customer service.
• Other duties as determined by the Head Golf Professional.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all facets of shoe care, including by not limited to cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of shoes.
• Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests.
• Maintains exceptional levels of customer service, cleanliness, locker room supplies and accessories.
• All duties pertaining to a private member locker room including shoe cleaning, polishing, and customer service.
• Other duties as determined by the Head Golf Professional.
