Job summary

LOXAHATCHEE CLUB INC in Florida is seeking a Men’s Locker Room Attendant to provide courteous, first-class service to members and guests. You will attend to the locker room, support golf and dining activities, and keep the area welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting members, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with items, attending to restrooms and showers, and performing light maintenance during off-seasons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and stand for long hours.

Job Title: Men’s Locker Room AttendantDepartment: Valet and LockerReports to: Locker Room/Valet ManagerPosition Status: Full Time / Part Time - Year Round / SeasonalFLSA Status: Non Exempt Hourly PositionJOB SUMMARY:To provide first class service to our members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Attending to the Locker Room area to maintain a superior level of cleanliness, organization to create a welcoming environment with exemplary service.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Graduate or EquivalentPRIMARY DUTIES:1. Greet Members and Guests politely and courteously; attending to their requests/needs with the utmost care and concern.2. Assist members as they prepare to or return from golfing or dining.3. Respond to requests for food & beverage service.4. Attend to the lending library, card games and other entertainment for members and guests.5. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the entire locker room area.6. General Maintenance of the Lockers, restrooms and shower areas.7. Assist in the off season with light maintenance around the club as needed.8. Convey any issues or concerns to the Manager on Duty immediately.9. Assist members picking up or dropping off various items.10. All other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor or the Manager on Duty.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. floor to waist and overhead without assistance and able to assist other team members in lifting items >50 lbs.2. Able to stand, walk and work long hours between rest periods. Run for short bursts, navigate stairs and move quickly as required.3. Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed.4. Must speak, read and write English in a clear and concise manner.Compensation:$15.00 per hour plus cash tips
