Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Florham Park is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club pristine while delivering friendly service. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and uphold Life Time's standards of presentation.

The role involves daily tasks around the club, assisting members with questions about Life Time products and services, and supporting locker rooms and common areas. This is an hourly position with a pay range of $15.50–$18.50 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift 20+ lbs on a routine basis.
• Must stand, walk, and move around the club for extended periods.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products follow the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follows the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
