Job summary

Life Time in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering strong customer service. You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies and ensure the facility meets Life Time's standards of presentation.

You will perform daily maintenance tasks, assist members, manage towels and locker rooms, and follow budget guidelines. This is an hourly, full-time position with benefits including a subsidized membership and health coverage.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications.
