Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Seasonal Locker Room Assistant Manager to support daily locker room operations and guest services. You will work closely with the Locker Room Manager to supervise a small seasonal team and ensure cleanliness, organization, and high service standards for members and guests.
The role involves scheduling, training, and guest relations while maintaining a welcoming environment and coordinating with other departments to deliver consistent experiences across the resort.

The Locker Room Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of our member and tram locker facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional guest service that reflects the high standards of Palisades Tahoe. This role works closely with the Locker Room Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, assist with staff supervision, and help maintain smooth, efficient locker room services for all members and guests.
You'll assist with scheduling, training, and guest relations while helping ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are consistently met.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Base hourly pay range: $24.00- $28.69 per hour

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 80% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift. Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. Must be capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee will frequently be exposed to extreme cold, wetness and/or humidity, and occasionally blizzards and extreme storm conditions.
The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate.
Snow blower, shovels, tuning equipment, outdoor furniture, BBQ's, general office equipment.
