TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Locator to accurately locate utilities and operate locating equipment under a foreman\'s guidance. You will perform labor tasks safely at job sites and support digging, restoration, and equipment setup.

The role emphasizes knowledge of locator equipment, safe practices, and accurate utility placement, with on-site training and teamwork with a foreman.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of locating equipment operation and safe utility locating.

Responsibilities

• Possesses knowledge of maintenance and operation of locator equipment.
• Accurately locates utilities and obstructions in the work area.
• Maintains tools and equipment; hand digs holes and trenches.
• Loads/unloads supplies; assists in digging around utilities.
• Feeds cable in chute during plow procedure and sets pedestals/hand holes.
• Performs ground restoration and general cleanup; maintains timecard.
• Participates in weekly toolbox meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
