Prep starts early November 2026 with a roughly 20-day shoot in late November. Responsibilities include negotiations, permits, and close coordination with department heads to ensure seamless on-site logistics. Compensation ranges $150–$300 per day, depending on experience.

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Location Manager to scout, secure, and manage all filming sites for our upcoming project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual backbone of a suspenseful narrative. Your primary responsibilities will include meticulous location scouting in the greater Los Angeles area, negotiating access agreements, liaising with property owners, securing permits, and coordinating with department heads to ensure seamless on-site logistics. You'll be instrumental in translating our vision into tangible environments. We require at least 5 years of experience in a lead locations role for feature films, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse location finds, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have your own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and comprehensive knowledge of LA-area permitting processes. Familiarity with gothic architecture or period-appropriate sites from the mid-20th century is a strong plus. Please submit a brief resume and a concise list of 3-5 relevant projects you've led locations for. This is a senior-level position. Prep is expected to begin in early November 2026, leading into an approximate 20-day shoot in late November 2026. Compensation is $150-300 per day, dependent on experience. We provide catering on set, but no equipment or vehicle is provided beyond mileage reimbursement.
