You will measure, characterize, and improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of these GNSS‑based systems for hundreds of millions of users. The Software Location QE team designs experiments, builds analysis pipelines, and runs validation campaigns to prove that location algorithms meet Apple's standards across real-world

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in GNSS testing, positioning validation, or wireless verification.
• Experience building ML/AI systems and using LLMs for tooling.

Responsibilities

• Envision and design new test benches to validate location features.
• Design validation campaigns ensuring high quality user experience.
• Create real-world and simulated tests for location behavior.
• Define quality metrics to gate software changes in release cycles.
• Develop scripts and models to quantify impact of regressions.
