Responsibilities

• Oversee driver qualification, training, incident response, and safety compliance.
• Lead driver mentoring, classroom training reviews, and recertification efforts.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; document findings and coach drivers.
• Maintain safety records and submit required reports in company systems.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and support Safety Action Team activities.
• Conduct road observations and pre-trip/post-trip checks to assess performance.
• Train drivers on passenger management and safety practices and analyze trends.
