Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; healthcare/home care recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Must meet all applicable federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive field recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, negotiating and extending offers.
• Coordinate pre-employment procedures: interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding.
• Screen candidates, conduct orientation, and maintain active employee files.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies: direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, postings, resume searches.
• Assist Agency/Regional HR leaders and ensure compliance with policies.
