• Operations Leadership and Performance – Lead daily grain, agronomy, and/or feed operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution while meeting productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
• Coordinate operational planning, staffing, scheduling, and logistics to support seasonal demands, maximize workflow efficiency, and ensure timely inbound and outbound product movement.
• Monitor operational performance, resolve issues and customer escalations, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, transportation, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with customer needs and business objectives.
• Safety and Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, HACCP, DOT, and environmental regulations through regular audits, inspections, training, and enforcement of safe work practices.
