Campers Inn RV is seeking a Location Administrator to provide essential office support, ensuring smooth daily operations at our location. The role involves coordinating between the store and corporate offices, managing administrative tasks, and assisting HR processes such as onboarding and document changes.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point of contact between the store and the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains various administrative tasks to ensure productivity of the store.
• Assists location managers with HR-directed processes such as onboarding and submitting position change documents.
• Connects location employees to correct resources for questions and resolution of issues.
• Maintains store needs through assisting with daily operations.
• Keeps up-to-date business licenses, certifications, and notices.
• Prepares regular accounting reports.
• Maintains filing systems.
• Purchases items using approved vendors and suppliers.
• Monitors payroll time system and submits payroll to corporate.
