Job Summary: The Location Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily functions of the location, which may include teller functions, customer service, loan processing, and/or administrative support as needed. This position may work into Saturday rotations as needed.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establishes and maintains relationships with individual and business customers
• Provides assistance with customer related issues
• Assists loan processing, teller‐line and customer service representative desk when needed
• Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of employees, including weekly schedules
• Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments
• Recruits staff members and oversees training
• Prepares financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or board of directors
• Networks and develops strategies for obtaining new business
• Fills in for all assigned employees and/or responsibilities as needed
• Ensures location complies with company policies and procedures

Education & Experience

Education:

• Required: High School or GED
• Preferred: Degree in business, management, and/or finance

Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in banking or related field preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Computer experience required; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
