This is a hands-on role supporting the entire store. You might assist at the parts counter, organize incoming inventory, help coordinate service schedules, or step into the office to keep things moving. You’ll report to Operations and work across departments as store needs change.

We welcome experienced team leads, and dependable people with a background in agriculture that are ready to grow into more responsibility. You don’t need a management title to lead; you need honesty, initiative, follow-through, and a willingness to learn.

The role is expected to support parts and service, including:

  • Help customers and technicians identify, locate, and order parts.
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts and accessories.
  • Assist with parts deliveries and pickups.
  • Help coordinate service schedules, work orders, and customer updates.
  • Cross-train in office and customer service responsibilities to provide backup.
  • Keep work areas organized, safe, and ready for customers.
  • Take ownership of daily needs and help coworkers resolve problems.
  • Share what you learn and help train others.
Who Would Thrive Here
  • Someone who leads by doing and willingly steps in wherever help is needed.
  • A dependable, honest person who cares about customers and coworkers.
  • Someone comfortable with changing priorities and busy planting and harvest seasons.
  • curious, coachable person who wants to learn the whole dealership.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Three or more years of work experience, including customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience leading, training, or helping others succeed, formally or informally.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning inventory and business systems.
  • Parts, service, agriculture, equipment, retail, or logistics experience is helpful.
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and John Deere products is a plus.
  • Forklift or material-handling experience is helpful.
  • Ability to perform physical duties that may include lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Schedule and Growth

This position works across office, parts counter, warehouse, shop, and outdoor areas. Occasional early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, or extended hours may be needed.

The role offers broad dealership experience and an opportunity to develop toward future location leadership as skills and business needs align.
