Relevant work experience may be substituted for some of the educational requirements.* Experience leading and supervising a team, including training, individual and team development, performance management and coaching.* Supervisory experience in an industrial or construction environment with responsibility for compliance with safety, environmental, inventory, maintenance and other regulatory requirements.* Experience in the explosives industry is ideal, including experience with product delivery and down-hole blasting operations.* Clean work, legal and driving history that will satisfy the scrutiny of an ATF background check.* Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a cooperative and pleasant demeanor# # ***Work Environment***This position at times will be required to work outside in all weather conditions in a hands-on environment.
