The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.# **Key Responsibilities and Duties*** Follow all written work instructions and standard operating procedures related to packaging and handling of explosive products.* Inspect manufactured products for accuracy and quality.* Identify and report hazards within the production area.* Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with supervisors and area leads to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.* Operate and maintain manufacturing vehicles as needed.* Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.* Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).* Perform other duties as assigned by the area lead, supervisor, or department manager.* Other duties as assigned.# **Education and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Must be at least 18 years of age.* Valid driver’s license required.* Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or explosive/chemical handling preferred.* Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.* Must meet all state and federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive processor.
