Role Description

This role manages staff scheduling, workflow, and performance, ensuring services are delivered with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. The Location Manager monitors budgets, coordinates resources, and maintains facilities and grounds to company standards. They support families through the arrangement process, foster strong community relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role also includes leading, coaching, and developing team members to provide consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
