First Student is hiring a Location Manager in Scottsbluff, NE to oversee daily operations, supervise staff and monitor financial performance at our local location. You will manage schedules, expenses, safety compliance, and reporting to the AGM/finance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree (or equivalent), has 3+ years of management experience, and excels in communication and leadership. We offer a day-shift schedule, comprehensive benefits, and strong opportunities for career growth

• Sets accurate schedules for routes.
• Minimizes route drive times and mileage while adhering to contractual and regulatory mandates.
• Provides accurate and timely operational and financial reporting as requested by AGM and/or finance.
• Ensures purchases follow company processes and policies.
• Drives employee engagement and recognition.

Location Manager Responsibilities
