Job summary

Standard Supply is hiring a Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Texas. This hybrid role combines on‑road deliveries with hands‑on warehouse work, offering variety and steady hours.

You will drive a box truck, unload and organize stock, use an RF scan gun, and ensure safe, accurate deliveries. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years.
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations).
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and document reports as required by federal regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and deliver orders with professionalism and care.
• Load and unload trucks and assist in warehouse as needed.
• Use an RF Scan Gun and tablet to manage daily tasks and routes.
• Pull and prepare orders in the warehouse and maintain safety practices.

What You Bring To The TeamWe’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the physical stamina to thrive in a hands-on role.Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years of employment history.
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
• Read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement and document reports and records as required by the Federal Code of Regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day
• Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and reach in high/low spaces
• Experience handling large, bulky, or oddly shaped items
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam
