Job summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT) seeks a mid-level Associate for its Energy Project Finance & Development Practice. This full-time role is location-flexible, with teams working across GT’s platform to serve sponsors, developers and lenders nationwide.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of energy project development, M&A and project finance experience, including project agreements. Bar admission is required; strong drafting, diligence, and client interaction skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in energy project development, M&A and project finance transactions.
• Experience with OFftake agreements, interconnection agreements and other project agreements.
• Drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents including SPAs, investment and financing agreements, and JV agreements.
• Admission to one or more state bars is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage complex transaction documents and diligence.
• Oversee transaction management and supervise junior associates and internal specialists.
• Interact with clients and handle work product in a fast-paced environment.
