Bunge is seeking an Assistant Location Coordination to provide administrative, financial, technical, and specialized support for elevator operations in Saginaw, TX. You will enter orders, coordinate logistics, and assist with onboarding and paperwork, serving multiple business areas including operations, payroll, and finance.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong organization, and teamwork with merchandisers and management to keep service work current and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Grain experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• General office experience and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process payables for assigned products or locations promptly.
• Review commodity invoices and related freight charges for accuracy.
• Provide extensive customer service and resolve issues; build relationships.
• Enter data and reconcile payables in the grain system daily.
• Assist with A/R/A/P reconciliations and general office tasks.
