We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Locate Technician to join our team in Springfield, MO. The Locate Technician will be responsible for identifying and marking underground utility lines to ensure safe excavation and construction activities. Key Responsibilities

• Locate and mark underground utilities such as gas, water, electric, and telecommunications lines using specialized equipment.
• Respond to locate requests in a timely manner, adhering to local and federal regulations.
• Interpret maps, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately identify utility locations.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, utility companies, and customers to provide clear information about marked areas.
• Maintain accurate records of locate activities and submit reports as required.
• Operate and maintain locating equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent damage to underground utilities and ensure personal safety.

Qualifications
