Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA seeks a senior leader to own the localization technology strategy and platform ecosystem.

You will architect, implement, and continuously improve scalable localization workflows that integrate translation management, machine translation, AI services, and enterprise content systems. You will partner across functions to drive modernization and global readiness for Apple’s Retail and People organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Linguistics, Localization, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading multi-million dollar enterprise localization platform implementations end-to-end with TMS, vendor management, and global deployment.
• Proven ability to connect CMS to translation management systems and MT providers via APIs and orchestration layers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve localization technology strategy, integrating TMS, CMS, MT, and AI into scalable workflows.
• Lead i18n strategy and implement comprehensive quality assurance across SDLC.
• Evaluate new localization technologies and build roadmaps with measurable value.
• Define governance and standards across localization platforms and processes.
• Design automated workflows for content intake, routing, file handling, QA, and reporting at scale.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and KPIs to optimize the ecosystem.
• Drive organizational change management for new localization technologies.
