Job summary

TOPPAN Digital Language is seeking a Localization Project Manager for a late-shift role in London. Hybrid work: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. You will lead the full lifecycle of translations projects from inception to completion, coordinating with vendors, operations and business development teams.

Requirements include a university degree in translation or languages, fluent English, 2+ years of PM experience, and strong MemoQ CAT tool skills. Other language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • University degree in translation or languages, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Market Insights clients is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle of translations projects from inception to completion.
  • Determine resource requirements and cost structure based on objectives and needs.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues and close identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management, Operations and Business Development teams.
  • Ensure project resources maintain high quality and ethical standards.
  • Mentor or train junior colleagues.
