Job summary

ebm-papst Localization is seeking a Coordinator to drive localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and clear communication across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with project managers, schedule meetings, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and support CIP and LEAN initiatives while maintaining project documentation and status reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferred fields: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Project Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams and locations.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Schedule or facilitate project meetings.
• Identify and resolve problems with project personnel.
• Serve as technical communication link with suppliers and tool shops.
• Plan and implement plant-wide projects per requirements.
• Maintain schedules for assigned projects.
• Provide status reports on milestones and recovery plans.
• Assist in quality assurance of deliverables and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback.
• Support CIP and LEAN projects.
• Maintain supplier capacity overview and forecast; international and domestic.
