NFI Industries is seeking a dedicated yard spotter in Jacksonville, FL to keep freight moving with home-daily schedules and no-touch freight. You will maneuver trailers in the yard using safe, precise techniques with reliable, late-model equipment and strong team support.

This role offers hourly pay of $19-$20, a benefits package starting day one (medical, dental, vision, Rx), and a stable schedule in a company that values its people and promotes growth within a trusted, family‑owned logistics

Competenze

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Acceptable references from past employers.
• Meet all applicable DOT qualifications.

Mansioni

• Move trailers safely and efficiently within the yard.
• Perform all duties in a safety-focused manner and follow applicable laws and customer rules.
• Report problems with equipment and ensure the rear cargo area is accessed safely.
