Job summary

U-Haul Company is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) in Denver to handle local delivery of U-Box containers and provide friendly, courteous service to customers. The role includes operating a flatbed truck and forklift, loading/unloading containers, and completing U-Haul University training.

Minimum requirements include a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, a CDL, and (DOT) certification.

Qualifications

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification required.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL) required.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck and tools; training provided.
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport containers to and from customer destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
