Job summary

Thermal Supply is seeking a Local Driver to safely operate company trucks for timely product delivery and to assist with warehouse duties. You will load, unload, and transfer products while maintaining high standards of customer service at the branch locations.

Responsibilities include DOT compliance, log maintenance, cargo securing, forklift operation, and pre/post-trip vehicle checks. A valid CDL/state license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving a commercial vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and deliver product to customer sites within designated time frames using efficient routes.
• Maintain logs and reports to comply with DOT and company policies.
• Safely load, block, brace and secure cargo.
• Operate forklift to transfer, load and unload product.
• Perform pre-checks and post-checks on vehicles and forklifts.
