Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Findlay, OH is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local, home daily routes with weekly pay, excellent benefits and a driving career you can feel good about.

Earn $1,415+ per week with paid training, a choice of start times, non-touch freight on auto parts, and strong safety bonuses. The route bid determines schedules (Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu) and drivers enjoy PTO from day one and company-matched 401(k) after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL with endorsements as required.
• Pass a drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
• Able to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Experience on tractor-trailer or similar vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain logs and records.
• Load/unload freight as needed or assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Description

Ryder Employees who Drive on this account earn $1415 or more Weekly and it gets better.

• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Shutdown Bonus:Pays You $2000 within the first year
• Safety Bonus:Pays You $250 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday or Sunday - Thursday; based on route bid
• Start Time: AM or PM based on route bid

• Route: Local Home Daily
• Tractor Type: Day Cab

• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
