Job summary

GEX Transport in Utah is seeking Experienced CDL Class A drivers for daily home time and consistent routes. This position covers a 250 mile radius around Willard, UT with about 1000 miles per week and no touch freight.

Start times range from midnight to 4am and 2pm–5pm. You will work 5.5 days per week on 10 hour shifts, with DOT drug screening and full background checks required. Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Compensation Pay:

$1250 to $1400 per week.

Local:

Start times are anticipated to be midnight to 4am and 2pm -5pm. Drivers will work 5.5 days per week on 10 hour shifts.

Operating Area:

Miles per week:

1000., No Touch Freight.

Duties:

Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.

Moving Violation:

• No more than 2 in the last 3 years.
• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.

Accident:

• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.

Tickets:

• No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.

Felonies:

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.

Misdemeanors:

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.

DUI/DWI:

• No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
• Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
