Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking a qualified CDL driver to join our team in Virginia. You will run daily routes, complete pre-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

This full-time role offers home daily schedules and a weekly pay range of $1,670 to $1,735. Candidates must meet the driving experience and safety requirements stated below.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months of driving experience.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Days Off: Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs., Evening start time.

Duties

Moving Violation

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations in past 3 years.

Terminations

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors

• Class A Felony must be 10 years old from the date of conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years
