Job summary

Rands Trucking, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Truck Driver/Forklift Operator to move loads between our facility, the local paper mill, and Gates Warehouse in Ladysmith. You will assist with unloading at the Gates warehouse and may be asked to shuttle trailers as needed.

Starting pay is $24.29/hour with a raise to $25.36/hour after 90 days, plus overtime at 1.5x. Shifts are 4–6 hours, with Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday focus and potential after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Valid commercial driver's license and ability to operate trucks safely.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours when needed.
• Ability to safely load, transport, and unload materials.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport loads between the facility, local paper mill, and Gates Warehouse in Ladysmith.
• Unload and stack product at the Gates warehouse; they unload you at Bio-Origin.
• Work approximately 4–6 hours per day.
• Potentially assist Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and respond to calls as needed.
