J.B. Hunt Transport is hiring local intermodal truck drivers in Washington. Drive for North America’s largest intermodal provider with daily home time, largely no-touch freight and company-owned equipment.

Compensation includes a per-mile rate of $0.39–$0.50, various stop pay and hourly detention/pay, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) plan with company match and PTO from day one. License Type: Class A and 3 Months Trucking Experience are typical requirements.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000.

• $0.39 - $0.50 per mile
• Detention pay: $22-$27 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $32per stop
• Live load/unload: $58per stop
• Refrigerated: $30per load
• Crosstown pay: $15per move
• Empty moves: $20per move
• Empty search: $22per hour
• Equipment cleaning: $10per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $22per hour
• Truck order not used: $20per event
• Waiting on truck: $22per hour
• Yard checks: $22per hour
• Compliance training: $22 per hour
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay: $20 per hour
