This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• $0.44-$0.50 per mile
• Detention pay: $20 - $25/hr after 1 hourper hour
• Drop and hook pay: $40.00per stop
• Live load/unload: $65per stop
• Refrigerated: $40per load
• Crosstown moves: $25per load
• Empty move: $25per load
• Empty search: $20per hour
• Mechanical breakdown: $20per hour
• Truck order not used: $25
• Waiting on truck: $20per hour
• Tractor repositioning work: $17per hour
• Yard checks: $20per hour
• Safety training: $20per hour
• Jury Duty and Berevement: $180 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $76,000.00
