• Drop and hook per stop: $53
• Live load/unload per stop: $73
• Refrigerated per load: $40
• Crosstown per load: $25
• Empty search per hour: $203
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $23
• Mechanical tractor repositioning:$23
• Truck order not used: $23
