This activity-based pay plan rewards safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time, daily home time, mostly no-touch freight, paid online orientation, PTO accrues from day one and a solid benefits package.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $80,000.

• $5,000 sign on bonus for a limited time!
• $0.48- $0.53per mile
• Detention pay per hour: $20- $25
• Drop and hook per stop: $32-$35
• Live load/unload per stop: $55
• Refrigerated per load: $30
• Layover pay per hour: $20 up to 5 hours
• Live lifts pay: $15 if over onehour
• Chassis flips pay per hour: $20
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Truck order not used: $20
