J.B. Hunt is hiring dedicated truck drivers to join its regional fleet. The role offers an activity-based pay plan that rewards safety and efficiency, with weekly home time and mostly no-touch freight.

You’ll be paid on a $0.67–$0.69 CPM basis, plus detention, stop, and safety training pay, with a $1,687 weekly minimum guarantee for the first 10 weeks. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.?

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $107,029

$1,687 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first10 weeks

Detention pay: $25per hour

Stop pay: $20per stop

Quarterly retention bonus: $1,000

Safety training pay per hour: $20

Weekly home time
