This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Average annual earnings: $80,000

Average Weekly Gross $1,538.46 Per Week

Average Yearly Gross $80,000.00 Per Year

CPM $0.63 - $0.68 Per Mile

Holiday Pay $140.00 Per Day

New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

Off-Account Work $250.00 - $350.00 Per Day

Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

Stop Pay $15.00 - $18.00 Per Stop

Top 10% of Earners $90,000.00 Per Year

Trainer Pay $75.00 Per Day

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
