J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is hiring local Class A drivers for our Dedicated Contract Services unit.

You will deliver freight to a single customer, with home daily, and be compensated through an activity-based pay plan that rewards performance. Average annual earnings are currently around $85,000, with additional pay opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Benefits include PTO from day one, 401(k) with company match, health coverage after 30 days, and access to safety and training

This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Average Weekly Gross $1,634.62 Per Week

Average Yearly Gross $85,000.00 Per Year

CPM $0.70 - $0.72 Per Mile

Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour

Drop/Hook Pay $18.00 - $20.00 Per Drop

Holiday Pay $250.00 Per Day

New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

Stop Pay $38.00 - $40.00 Per Stop
