Breakdown Pay $15.00 Per Hour

CPM $0.63 - $0.67 Per Mile

Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

Load Pay $5.00 Per Load

New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

Outsource Rate $161.00 Per Day

Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

Stop Pay $29.00 Per Stop

Trailer Washout Pay $15.00 Per Hour

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

J.B.
