Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations.

You'll work with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, tackling personal and small-business tax scenarios. Beyond tax filings, you’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, workshops, and partnerships, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s for federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, 8am–5pm hours.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide planning guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

3+ years tax prep (1040)
