Job summary

World Oil Environmental Services seeks a Tank Farm Operator for a full-time, local role in CERES, CA. The operator will review shipments, sample wastes, and perform analyses to ensure safe handling and compliance with the facility's waste plan.

Daily duties include managing inventories, paperwork, and maintaining equipment and PPE. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures, with opportunities to contribute to efficient waste management and environmental stewardship within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to work 8AM-8PM (Mon-Fri).
• Basic Math knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping documents prior to receiving wastes.
• Sample incoming waste shipments in a timely manner.
• Perform waste analysis and record results as per plan.
• Transfer drums and bulk containers to tanks/trucks using pumps.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections, including inventory.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs and related paperwork.
