Go Au Pair is looking for a part-time Local Success Coach (LSC) to support Host Families and Au Pairs in Richmond, Virginia. This hybrid role allows for flexible work arrangements, including remote work and in-home visits.

The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, people-oriented, and passionate about cultural exchange. Responsibilities include helping to organize local community events. Estimated yearly earnings can grow from $4,500 to $9,300 based on cluster growth.

Job description

Work from home as a part‑time Local Success Coach (LSC) supporting Host Families and Au Pairs in your local community. This flexible hybrid role includes remote work from your personal computer, in‑home visits with Host Families, and organizing local community events for Au Pairs.

Requirements

• Must live within one hour of the posted location
• Must have reliable internet, computer, and transportation

Compensation

• Hours for current cluster size: average 1.4 hours per week with estimated yearly earnings up to $4,500
• Grow your cluster to 6+ families and increase to approximately 3 hours per week with estimated yearly earnings up to $9,300
• Equivalent hourly rate averages approximately $60 per hour

Training & Support

• Paid onboarding and training begins with approximately 2.5 hours per week during the first 3 months
• Ongoing mentor support and hands‑on guidance continue throughout the first 6 months
• Optional advanced training after 6 months can help LSCs continue to grow their cluster and earn more money
