Job summary

Labatt Food Service in Texas is seeking Student Drivers who will deliver and unload 600–1,200 cases daily, learn to drive a tractor-trailer, and interact with customers as part of our high‑volume logistics team.

Paid training to obtain your Class A CDL is provided, with schedules Monday–Friday and weekend home time. Upon completion of the program, a Route Driver career path offers typical earnings of $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Class A Permit or Texas Class A CDL and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Labatt Food's Student Driver Program has graduated over 300 students since its origination. Labatt wants its drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Student Drivers Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
• Learning how to drive a tractor-trailer
• Interacting with customers

Student Drivers Qualifications

• Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class A Permit or Texas Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, with dispatch times between 3:00 am - 5:00 am to finish
