Job summary

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is seeking a Local Store Marketer to drive local sales and guest loyalty by building relationships in the Pensacola community. As a Roadie, you’ll develop and execute local marketing programs, promote in-house promotions, and collaborate with the Managing Partner and team to boost guest counts and check averages.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner with the creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales
• Promote Bubba’s 33 in-house promotions
• Build relationships during food runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events that position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader and build brand awareness
• Assist in public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that promote Bubba’s 33
• Communicate frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results
