Bubba's 33 is seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) to drive local sales by building community relationships and guest loyalty. Part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, Bubba’s 33 offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

The Local Store Marketer will help develop and implement local marketing programs, promote promotions, and foster relationships with nearby businesses to boost awareness and loyalty in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing programs at local store level.
• Ability to build relationships within the community.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and increase sales.
• Promote Bubba’s 33 promotions in-house.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations.
• Develop and execute community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments and media events.
• Communicate programs and results with management and staff.
