You will collaborate with the Managing Partner and the store team to create, develop, and implement local marketing programs. Aufgaben

• Assist the Managing Partner and store leadership in creating local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community partners.
• Establish ongoing business relationships with nearby retailers and civic groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position the brand locally.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate plans and results with leadership and staff regularly.
